Rówek (German Little Rowe) is a seaside resort in Poland in the west of the voivodeship Pomerania on a spit between the Garder lake and the Slowinsian coast, the central part of the Polish Baltic coast. Immediately to the west is the larger seaside resort Rowy. The dunes of the begin not far to the east of both seaside resorts Slowinski National Park.

The place is quite small and manageable. It is therefore particularly suitable for tourists who are looking for peace and quiet on the beach and in nature away from the hustle and bustle. The place is east of the lake spa Ustka on a wooded dunes and cliff landscape. The small river flows into the village Łupawa in the Baltic Sea, the Garder lake drains.

The Baltic coast usually falls flat under water and there are hardly any tides or unpredictable currents. The Jarmunder See is also shallow. Bathing is therefore usually safe for families with children and swimming accidents are rare. When swimming accidents do occur, excessive alcohol or drug consumption is usually involved. However, if you follow the general bathing rules and do not go into the water when the waves are high, you have little to fear.
