Santa Teresa Gallura is a city of Sardinia.

To know

It is a fairly popular tourist destination and there are several beaches in the city itself as well as great accessibility to important nearby destinations such as Costa Smeralda, Castelsardo.

The city is also a docking point for a relatively inexpensive car ferry from Bonifacio, in Corsica.

The nearest airports are those of Olbia (Costa Smeralda Airport) is Alghero (Coral Riviera of Alghero). Bus connection with Olbia airport: summer departures from Santa Teresa: 6:00, 8:30, 12:30, 14:00, 17:00, 19:00; from Olbia airport: 10:40, 12:00, 15:00, 17:00, 19:15 and 21:45. "Turmo Travel" offers a direct connection with Olbia airport (90 min.). € 4.30, tickets are sold on board.

By public transport

"Sardabus" provides some bus services to neighboring settlements. In summer there is a frequent connection with the Capo Testa peninsula.

By car

Car and motorcycle rental in Via Maria Teresa / Via Nazionale, with 4 rental offices, none of which are international brands, between numbers 29 and 58. Motorcycle rentals start at around € 20. The emptiest beaches and the nearest archaeological sites are only practically accessible by private transport.
