Bulkheads is a cozy town in Vogelsberg in Hesse. This is where the famous Grand Prix racing circuit is located Schottenring.

getting there

In the street

Schotten is not near a motorway, so it is a bit of a hassle to get there.

Coming from the north and east you drive on the A5 and leaves it at the exit Symbol: AS 6 Homberg (Ohm). One follows the B276 and is after about 40 km in Schotten.

Coming from the west and south you drive on the A45 and leaves it at the exit Symbol: AS 37 Wölfersheim (direction Aschaffenburg) or Symbol: AS 38 Florstadt (direction Gießen). One follows the B455 (Florstadt: first the B457 to Nidda and change there to the other federal road) and after about 30 km you are in Schotten.

By bus and train

The nearest train stations are in Nidda and Grünberg (Gießen - Fulda route).

By bicycle

Schotten is located on the Hessian long-distance cycle route R 4, which connects the city to the southRhine Main Area ties up. To the north, the route continues over the high Vogelsberg Ulrichstein in the direction Schwalm.
