The community of Schwarzach in the wooded Kleiner Odenwald consists of the three districts of Unterschwarzach, Oberschwarzach and Schwarzacherhof. It is surrounded by the villages Aglasterhausen, Schönbrunn, Neunkirchen and Reichartshausen.

Schwarzach itself does not have a train station, the next train station is in Aglasterhausen.

You can reach Schwarzach from the B292that of Sinsheim above Aglasterhausen to Mosbach leads. The branches in Aglasterhausen L590 to Schwarzach and continue from here Eberbach.

Schwarzacher Castle

  • Schwarzacher mortar bell, a bronze bell with a weight of almost 10 tons and a height of 2.5 m, it stands in front of the wildlife park. The bell rings on public holidays as well as on Sat and Sun at around 5 p.m.
  • Mineral exhibition at the Birkenhof, at the entrance to the wildlife park. Entrance fee included in the price for the wildlife park.
