Shiodome (汐 留) is a district of the city of Tokyo which is part of Minato.
To know
One of the newest neighborhoods in the city, almost entirely built after 2000, Shiodome has been transformed from an abandoned rail freight terminal to a city of skyscrapers. Some parts of the area are still under construction, but most of it is now open.

- 1 Tokyo Advertising Museum (広 告 と マ ー ケ テ ィ ン グ の 資料 館, kōkoku to maketingu no shiryōkan), B1F Caretta Shiodome, Higashi-Shinbashi 1-8-2.

Thu-Sat 11: 00-18: 30. A small modern museum of the history of advertising in Japan, run by the largest Japanese advertising company Dentsu. Probably the most interesting section is wartime propaganda, with posters. Most exhibits have English captions.
- 2 Shiodome Museum (汐 留 ミ ュ ー ジ ア ム, Shiodome Myūjiamu), 4F National Center. This small museum only has a small permanent collection, but it hosts temporary exhibitions.
- 3 Italian town (Italian city), Higashishinbashi, 2-chōme − 9−5. It is a neighborhood within the Shiodome district characterized by Italian-style buildings and a typical Italian square.

Mon-Sun 11: 00-22: 00. This humble named shop contains over 3,000 varieties of Japanese shochu and awamori.
- 3 Nittele Shop (B1F-B2F Nippon Television Tower). A wide range of TV related products; much will not be familiar to the non-resident, but there is also a good selection of items from Studio Ghibli.
- 4 Shiodome City Center. Glass tower full of trendy restaurants and shops.
