Stargard(German: Stargard in Pomerania) is a city in the voivodeship West Pomerania. It was officially called from 1950 to 2015 Stargard Szczeciński.

Stargard is a medieval Hanseatic city with brick Gothic architecture and is located on the eastern edge of the conurbation Szczecin (Direct connection by train 40 minutes), on the river Him above the city Goleniów (Change by train in Stettin-Dąbie, 1 hour) not far from the Madüsees.
