kitchen
- L'épaule du Ballon, Balloon shoulder, is native to the Belfort area. It consists of a boneless lamb shoulder filled with blueberries and cooked in the oven. The festive dish can be found on the menus of restaurants in Belfortain, where it is valued for its originality and sweet and sour taste. Traditionally served from September to May, it goes well with a good glass of red wine.
