The main spoken in Valencia is Castilian. Most of the residents speak Valencian among themselves.   • Fallas. The Fallas are spring festivals, they take place in numerous parishes from March 15th to 19th. A falla is a large doll made of wood or paper mache, it is made by a neighborhood or an association. The Fallas are burned on the night of March 19-20.
