How to get
By plane
The nearest airport is that of Lamezia Terme, that of Reggio Calabria it is not so convenient due to distance and scarcity of flights.
By car
The territory is crossed by the A2 motorway, which allows it to be connected to the rest of Italy; the junctions present are located in Pizzo, Vibo Valentia and Mileto.
On the train
The territory is crossed by the Southern Tyrrhenian Railway both in its main branch (Mileto and Vibo Valentia - Pizzo stations, regional and IC trains stop there, in the second also high-speed trains from northern Italy) and in the Excellent one - Rosarno ( Vibo Marina and Pizzo stations, both served only by regional routes Rosarno - Lamezia Terme).
By bus
Several private companies stop in the cities of the Vibonese, in particular in Vibo Valentia.
How to get around
By car
The car remains the main way to move between the centers of the Vibonese, especially towards the more internal ones.

It is possible to move on the rails only between the main centers.

One of the most well-known typical foods is the Pizzo truffle, a table dessert made with two-flavored ice cream covered with sugars on the outside; the combinations can be different, with various tastes.
