Zell (Moselle) is a state-approved resort in Zeller Hamm (Moselle loop) and lies in Rhineland-Palatinate.

The town of Zell includes the old town and the districts of Merl, Kaimt, Barl and Althaus. Zell is also the seat of the Verbandsgemeinde Zell, which also includes the neighboring towns of Alf, Briedel, Bullay and Blankenrath.
