The Eastern Alb foreland located in Baden-Wuerttemberg between the Swabian Alb and the Franconian Forest. In the west it borders on the tourist regions Stauferland and Helfensteiner Land, in the east it extends to Nordlinger Ries .
Regions
The eastern Alb foreland extends north of Albuch and Härtsfeld, in the west the marks Hohenstaufen at Goeppingen the border, in the east it is the Ipf at Bopfingen. The northern extension is less clear, it extends roughly to the Frickenhöfer Höhe and the Welland ridge Abtsgmünd and Ellwangen.

In the street
The A7 runs past the region in the east, from the AS 114 Wasseralfingen can be reached on the B29, this leads over Bask across the Eastern Alb foreland.
By train
There are good rail connections from Aalen to Stuttgart, Ulm and Crailsheim.
