Finnentrop is a community in Sauerland.

Finnentrop is in Sauerland-Rothaargebirge Nature Park on the Lenne in a circle Olpe. In addition to the main town of Finnentrop, the community consists of around 30 villages and hamlets.

Neighboring locations are (clockwise from north) Sundern, Eslohe, Lennestadt, Attendorn and Plettenberg.
