Linkenheim-Hochstetten is a community in Hardtwald in the Upper Rhine Plain. It belongs to the district of Karlsruhe. The community Linkenheim-Hochstetten was created in 1975 through the merger of the formerly independent communities Linkenheim and Hochstetten. Neighboring municipalities are Dettenheim, Graben-Neudorf, Stutensee and Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen. The Rhine forms the western border to the district of Germersheim.

By train
The community has had no direct rail connection since 1967. The former Hardtbahn was expanded to the Karlsruhe Stadtbahn S1 / S11 in 1989 and is part of the Karlsruher Verkehrsverbund (KVV). There are several stops in the area of the municipality. Both lines run through the city center and via the main train station to Ettlingen.
