The Western Norway is one of the five geographic regions of Norway. The quintessential fjord destination, western Norway is also known for the city of Bergen. The region is rich in spectacular places such as the Preikenstolen or the Moldepanorama and in Molde.

  • 1 Bergen  – Unmissable destination of the Norway, the Bryggen district has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1980, its houses are the remains of the Hanseatic League.
  • 2 Balestrand  – A charming village surrounded by mountains with wooden houses on the Sognefjord, Hotel Kvikne is one of Norway's most famous fjord hotels.
  • 3 Florø  – The westernmost Norwegian city, located at the end of a peninsula, it offers superb panoramas of the surrounding fjords.
  • 4 Haugesund  – Port city between Stavanger and Bergen
  • 5 Kristiansund  – City that has become famous because of the Nordic Light Photo Festival, which is one of the biggest photo festivals in Europe.
  • 6 Molde  – Molde has a famous panorama called "Moldepanoramaet" from which you can see 222 peaks, a significant number of which exceed the 1 000 m above sea level, the fjords of Molde are an internationally renowned tourist destination.
  • 7 Stavanger  – The fourth largest Norwegian city and center of the oil industry, it has a lively city center, it is a very good base for visiting the Lysefjord.
