The Polokwane International Airport (also known as Gateway Airport) is a small, tranquil airport that handles four flights to / from Johannesburg on weekdays. On Saturdays there is only one and on Sundays there are two flights between Jo'burg and Polokwane. All flights are from Airlink in partnership with South African Airways carried out. The airport is located 5 km north of the city, directly on the national road N1.
