Understand

This peaceful little village is surrounded by forest and vineyards. The history and the posterity of the village are linked to the monastery of Niedermunster, now in ruins. This had been transformed into a hospice by Saint Odile. He welcomed the sick who could not access Mt. The small Saint-Nicolas chapel, located below the ruins, is a Roman monument which has been perfectly restored.
