Sommerhausen

Sommerhausen is one of the most picturesque towns in the Main triangle in Lower Franconia in the northern Bavaria.

The counterpart to Sommerhausen on the other side of the Main is called Winterhausen. The two places are connected by a bridge.

By plane

The nearest international airport is the Airport in Nuremberg.

By train

The next train stop is this 1 Winterhausen train station on the opposite side of the Main.

By bus

In the street

You can get there via the Autobahn 7, Take the Marktbreit exit on the state road and continue on the federal road 13, or on the A3 motorway, take the Randersacker exit and the federal road 13.

By bicycle

The Main cycle path also leads through the place.

By boat

Sommerhausen is on Main.

All sights in the city are within easy walking distance. Parking is prohibited in public squares and streets within the city wall, outside the town there are parking spaces available, from which it is only a few minutes' walk.
