- Franconian wedding menu with boiled beef, horseradish sauce, ribbon noodles and cranberries. A dry, earthy Franconian Silvaner goes best with this.

- Original Schweinfurt slaughter bowl is something for the big hunger, for larger groups of people and is not on any menu. An event lasting several hours in seven courses, with the following sequence: belly - sting - bow - comb - head meat with tongue, ear, trunk - heart and other innards - kidneys. The cooked, salted and peppered pieces of meat from the slaughter bowl (kettle meat) are served on wooden boards up to 5 meters long that span the entire table, with self-service for the participants. The only side dish is bread, horseradish and sauerkraut, and wine, wine spritzer or cider to drink - beer is frowned upon.
- Meefischli are a specialty on the Main. They are small fried fish from the Main. Because of their size, the fish are not gutted (sometimes the head is cut off), rolled in flour and deep-fried. They are available without side dishes or with a mixed salad and tartar sauce. You can also drink a local Franconian wine.
- Swimmer (also Schwimmerli) are a soup from Lower Franconia, which is often served in beef broth or in Franconian wedding soup. These are fried choux pastry balls, related to the baked peas, but larger. The difference to the baked peas is that there is no cornstarch and milk is used instead of cream. Baking takes place exclusively in oil and not in clarified butter.
