- 1 Protestant town church Kitzingen, Gustav-Adolf-Platz 3, Kaiserstraße 2, schoolyard 1, schoolyard 8. The Protestant town church, also called Petrinikirche, is the largest Protestant church in Lower Franconia. - 4 St. Johannes (Kitzingen), Obere Kirchgasse 5. The Catholic parish church of St. Johannes is a three-aisled, late Gothic hall church and at the same time the oldest preserved building in the city as well as its most important sight in terms of art history. In the interior, some furnishings from different centuries, such as the late Gothic tabernacle, the early classicist pulpit by Materno Bossi, or the modern high altar painting by Jacques Gassmann deserve special attention. The modern glazing of the tracery-filled choir windows was designed by Johannes Schreiter. In addition, the church contains some works of art that are ascribed to the Riemenschneiderschule, including four wood-carved Passion reliefs and an Anna herself. On the exterior, the sculptural decoration of the portals and the Mount of Olives are of particular interest.

- 8 Old Main Bridge Kitzingen (Pipin Bridge), Main, near Balthasar-Neumann-Straße. The old stone bridge used to be an important link on the trade route from Frankfurt via Würzburg, Nuremberg to Regensburg. It has made numerous changes in its history. With the expansion of the Main as a federal waterway, the middle three bridge piers had to give way and were replaced by a steel structure. The Old Main Bridge is closed to car traffic and, as a pedestrian and cyclist bridge, connects the city of Kitzingen with the suburb Etwashausen. In the summer between May and October, local winegrowers serve wines on the bridge as part of the Stadtschoppens.
- 9 historical town hall, Marktstrasse 34. The historic town hall with its renaissance gables and the historic meeting room dates from 1563.
- 10 Butterfly tower (Kitzingen Leaning Tower), Falterstrasse 23, Kitzingen. The Falterturm is the landmark of Kitzingen. It was once a watchtower and part of the outer city fortifications. The leaning tower dome of the 52 meter high tower can be traced back to a sagging roof beam. Local legends, on the other hand, blame the mortar mixed with wine. The Carnival Museum's collection was housed in the Falterturm for a long time, until it was relocated to today's museum in 2011 for fire protection reasons.
- 11 Luitpoldbau (Prinzregent-Luitpold-Bad), Hindenburgring South 3. After the discovery of an abundant brine source, the "Prinzregent-Luitpold-Bad" was built in 1914 in Art Nouveau style. The idea to convert the town of Kitzingen into "Bad Kitzingen" was thwarted by the First World War. For a long time it served as a public bath and is now used as the seat of the municipal library and the adult education center.
