Ujsoły is a mountain town in the polishSilesian Voivodeship between Silesian Beskids and the Saybuscher Beskids. Its location makes it a major center of tourism in the Beskydy Mountains. The place offers opportunities for winter sports and is the starting point for hikes in parts of the Silesian and Saybuscher Beskids.

background

The place above the Soła was founded around 1600. In 1860 a logging school was established here from Albrecht Friedrich von Habsburg set up. Tourism began to develop in the early 19th century.
