Blair Athol Distillery
1  Dewar Distillery (on the A827 at the northeastern exit towards Strathtay). In the distillery, among other things, the Aberfeldy Distilled single malt (bottlings including a 12 and a 21 year old single malt and a 19 year old single cask). The dark buildings with their more than 20 large warehouses are at the top of the hill in the south of the city. Guided tours take place every hour, but the six-week production break of the distillery also falls precisely in the high tourist season, so that you can visit the facilities during this time, but you cannot observe the production process yourself.
