The province Chaco lies in the northeast Argentina. As the name suggests, you can find the typical one here Chaco savannah landscape with blown dry forests.
Regions
- Littoral, the humid area in the east
- Impenetrable, the drier bushland to the west

- Resistencia, the capital of the province, approx. 400,000 inhabitants. Known as the "City of Sculptures", in which every direction of modern sculpture is represented
- Presidencia Roque Sáenz Peña, approx. 100,000 inhabitants, center of agriculture
- Juan José Castelli, approx. 30,000 inhabitants, starting point for tours in the Impernetrable
Other goals
- Villa Río Bermejito, small resort in the northwest of the province
- Isla del Cerrito, Island in the Río Paraná on the border with Paraguay

There are three railway lines in the province of Chaco:
- Barranqueras-Resistencia-Puerto Tirol, a kind of suburban train from Resistencia. Runs every 30 minutes.
- Chorotis - Presidencia Roque Sáenz Peña in the west of the province
- Resistencia - La Sábana - Los Amores - Cañada Ombú (Santa Fe)
Most of the time, however, most will prefer the bus.
