Illertissen is a city in District of Neu-Ulm. She is on the right Iller between New Ulm and Memmingen

The formerly independent municipality has belonged to the city of Illertissen since 1971 Betlinshausen, in 1978 the districts were Au, Tiefenbach and Every home incorporated.

Tourist Attractions
- 1 Vöhlin Castle, Schlossallee 21.
The Tissen Castle was in 12./13. JH built. In 1520 it came into the family's possession Vöhlin. After a fire in 1549, the castle was rebuilt. In 1803 it came into the possession of the Kingdom of Bavaria.
