Geographical notes
Located on the banks of thehomonymous lake in Trentino western, rises at the foot of the Brenta Dolomites and the massif of Paganella, at the eastern end of the Adamello-Brenta natural park.

- 1 The needle.
- 2 Church of San Vigilio. Dating back to the thirteenth century, in Romanesque style, it has a portal with a lunette frescoed by an anonymous painter with the figures of the Madonna, St. John the Baptist and Jesus. In the upper part there is a cycle of frescoes depicting a Madonna and Child flanked by saints. Caterina, Vigilio, Antonio abate and Cristoforo. Due to its historical value and its artistic workmanship of great value, the church has become a cultural asset of the Autonomous Province of Trento.
- Church of San Carlo Borromeo. Erected in 1940, the church insists on a structure dating back to the seventeenth century. Externally, the Romanesque bell tower with mullioned windows and pyramidal spire has been maintained.
- Saracini Palace.
- Forts of Napoleon. Ruins of Austrian fortifications built in different eras.

- 3 Venetian sawmill Taialacqua. Built by the inhabitants of the town in the sixteenth century at the request of the parish priest, who largely promoted the improvement of the economic conditions of the local population. For its historical and social value and for the excellent state of conservation, the sawmill has been included in the "Trentino Ethnographic Itinerary".
