The Phu Chong Na Yoi was named the 53rd National Park of Thailand on June 1, 1987. The national park covers an area of 428,750 Rai (686 km²), it is located in the districts of Buntharik, Na Chaluai, Nam Yuen ..

The park is partially crossed by the Dongrek mountain range. The terrain consists of sandstone and laterite.
Flora and fauna
The area of the Phu Chong Na Yoi National Park is about 75% covered by forests, for the most part by evergreen forests, but mixed and dry dipterocarp forests also occur.Plants:
