Poysdorf (Czech: Pušdorf) is a borough in the northern Weinviertel on Brünner Straße and a well-known wine-growing town.

Poysdorf itself has no rail connection. The branch line from Enzersdorf bei Staatz was shut down 20 years ago. The next train stations are in:
- Enzersdorf bei Staatz (approx. 10 km west): Regional trains on the Laaer Ostbahn (Vienna - Mistelbach - Laa an der Thaya)
- Mikulov (approx. 20 km north): regional trains on the route Břeclav - Znojmo, where there is a connection to international express trains.

In the street
- The
Brünner Strasse (Vienna - Brno) leads directly through the city center, the city is correspondingly congested.
- The
Nordautobahn currently ends in Schrick. The section to Poysbrunn will be completed in 2017. Then Poysdorf will be relieved of transit traffic and the journey from Vienna will be significantly faster.
