Santu Lussurgiu is a center of the Sardinia, in the province of Oristano.
To know
Santu Lussurgiu is part of the authentic villages of Italy and is famous for the production of Casizolu, a stretched curd cow's milk cheese, typically obtained from the milk of Sardinian-Modican cows (red ox) reared all year round in the state wild.
