Seine-et-Marne is a department in the French region Île-de-France. It has the serial number 77 and borders on: Oise in the North, Aisne in the northeast, in the east to the departments Marne and Aube, in the southeast Yonne and in the south Loiret. In the Seine-et-Marne department, it is named after its region of origin Brie produced.
