In the Seine-et-Marne department, it is named after its region of origin Brie produced. The best and only with the AOC protection seal (see: wikipedia Appelation d'Origine Contrôlée) excellent products of this type are the Brie de Meaux and the Brie de Melun. The Brie de Provins is not much inferior to them. Out Meaux The recipe for the coarse-grained mustard, invented in 1632, comes along Moutarde de Meaux.
