City wages is a city in the western Münsterland in North Rhine-Westphalia. She belongs to the circle Bark. The city's advertising slogan is: "... always worth it!".

Stadtlohn is in the middle of the circle Bark, close to Dutch Border. Neighboring cities are Vreden, Ahaus, Legden, Gescher, South wage and Winterswijk. The largely natural Berkel flows through the village and flows into the IJssel near Zutphen.
The city is divided into eight districts: Almsick, Büren, Estern, Hengeler, Hordt, Hundewick, downtown, Wendfeld and Wenningfeld.

The WLE Railway Museum is located in the old goods handling of the Stadtlohn train station.
