Worbis is a city in Thuringia, since 2004 with Leinefelde merges into the city Leinefelde-Worbis.

Worbis is a state-approved resort on the southern edge of the Ohm Mountains in Eichsfeld. The small town is due to its well-preserved half-timbered houses as a place on the German half-timbered street listed.

By plane

The nearest commercial airports are Hanover and Frankfurt / Main. You can reach them from Göttingen by train. Also the Leipzig Airport is easily accessible, but has fewer flight connections than the first two airports mentioned.
