Worbis is a city in Thuringia, since 2004 with Leinefelde merges into the city Leinefelde-Worbis.

Worbis is a state-approved resort on the southern edge of the Ohm Mountains in Eichsfeld. The small town is due to its well-preserved half-timbered houses as a place on the German half-timbered street listed.

By plane
The nearest commercial airports are Hanover and Frankfurt / Main. You can reach them from Göttingen by train. Also the Leipzig Airport is easily accessible, but has fewer flight connections than the first two airports mentioned.

Bears from various origins - some from former circus populations - live in the bear park under conditions that are as appropriate to their species as possible: The bears share a 40,000 m² outdoor area with a pack of wolves, through which visitors can walk in a lattice tunnel.
