Forlì Airport

L'Forlì airport (IATA: FRL) is an Italian airport located in Emilia Romagna. The airport, serving the city of Forlì, is located 4 km south of the historic center, between the suburbs of Ronco, Bussecchio and between the hamlet of Carpena.

The airport, named after Luigi Ridolfi, has a single terminal of 430 m².

Flights

Reopened to passenger traffic on 29 October 2020, the airport connects Italian and European cities thanks to the following airlines: Air Dolomiti, Air Horizont, EGO Airways is Lumiwings.

How to get

By car

It is possible to reach the airport by car from the following roads:

  • A14 motorway: exit at Forlì, then take the Tangenziale Est SS 727 bis. Continue to exit 10 (Airport) and follow the signs for the airport.
  • State road 3 bis Tiberina: take the exit "Cesena via Emilia".
  • State road 9 Via Emilia.

Parking lots

There are the following car parks at the airport:

  • Parking 0: Short-term parking. Free for the first 10 minutes; € 3.50 from the 11th to the 60th minute; over € 3.50 after the first hour of parking onwards.
  • Parking P1: It is located in front of the terminal. First and second hour of rest: € 3.00; € 12.00 per day after the second hour of parking (every 24h).
  • Parking P2: Long-term parking. First and second hour of rest: € 2.00; € 8.00 per day after the second hour of parking (every 24h).
  • Parking P3: Long-term parking. First and second hour of rest: € 2.00; € 8.00 per day after the second hour of parking (every 24h).

On the train

There are no direct train connections but from the Forlì railway station you can reach the airport by taking the Start Romagna bus 7.
