  • 2 Kythira Airport (IATA: KIT) (Kythira).   • 25 Samos airport (IATA: SMI) (Pythagoreio). It is a minor international airport which opens its runways to international flights during the summer season. From Italy, it is Volotea to offer a direct link from Venice-Marco Polo. From the airport it is possible to reach the city of Samos thanks to a bus system operating from Monday to Saturday.
