- Train and Metro: La Line 3 its terminus is the airport and runs through the capital from east to west. There is also a railway line
- Bus: There are 4 lines that connect Athens with the airport and all depart at the arrivals level, at exits 4 and 5. In addition, 5 other regional companies operate at the airport, and their departures are between exits 2 and 3 opposite the airport hotel. - 25 Samos airport (IATA: SMI) (Pythagoreio). It is a minor international airport which opens its runways to international flights during the summer season. From Italy, it is Volotea to offer a direct link from Venice-Marco Polo. In the summer of 2019, the company Neos had created the direct route with Milan-Malpensa, but it is not certain that this route is still active.
- From the airport it is possible to reach the city of Samos thanks to a bus system operating from Monday to Saturday. Approximately during the week, from 7:20 am to 5:20 pm every hour, there is a race. On Saturdays they are usually reduced to three races distributed throughout the day.
