With the ARST lines 122 from Cagliari is 405, 409 is 410 from Oristano you can reach Ales.
How to get around
What see
- 1 Gramsci square. Inaugurated on May 1st 1977 by the sculptor Giò Pomodoro, it is dedicated to Antonio Gramsci. The monument consists of a stone surface with various figures inserted that recall episodes from Gramsci's troubled life. On some stones there are some Sardinian words: "sa terra" ("the earth"), "s'agua" ("the water"), "su fogu" ("the fire"), "sa pedra" ( "the stone"), "su soli" ("the sun"), "sa luna" ("the moon"), "sa roda" ("the wheel").

7-10 September. The devotees prepare the statue of the saint, with silk aprons trimmed with colored lace and silver chains with pendants. The religious rite is announced by the ringing of the sacrestaneddus, who running through the streets of the town address the invitation to the evening rosary, recited in Sardinian. During the last post, a large fire is lit and in the evening the suggestive Goccius cantaus are recited. On each of the three days of celebration there are two processions with knights in Sardinian costume carrying embroidered banners.
