Kolm Saigurn is a hamlet in Rauris Valley in the Goldberg Group in the Hohe Tauern. The place is the starting point for tours in the mountains and the location of the National Park Museum.

By train
The nearest train station is in Taxenbach on the state railway line Bischofshofen - Worgl in the SalzachtalFrom there you continue by bus to Kolm Saigurn.
The next express train station is in Zell am See.
In the street
Directions from Taxenbach from the Pinzgauer Bundesstrasse B311, continue through the Rauris Valley (approx. 30km) to the Lenzanger car park (barrier), then about 30 minutes on foot to Kolm Saigurn. From Bucheben, the road is subject to a toll and is very steep (up to 12%). Depending on the season and the situation, appropriate winter equipment (snow chains) is essential!

- For those interested in birds: Vulture watching on the sleeping walls of the resettled birds of prey, led by the national park rangers; The Bearded Vultures were born in 1986 from the Hellbrunn Zoo released into the wild, the population on Moosenwand and Rotwand (named after crust lichen on the droppings under the nests) is the largest in the Alps.
