Lion's Arch is a city in Heilbronner Land. It extends from Sulmtal to the Löwenstein mountains, these are part of the Swabian-Franconian Forest.
background
Löwenstein is a state-approved resort and is located at the foot of the Löwenstein mountains named after the city. The formerly independent community of Hößlinsülz as well as the hamlets of Altenhau with the eventual conference center Löwenstein, Reisach and Rittelhof, the former monastery Lichtenstern, Teusserbad, Hirrweiler with the sanatorium Löwenstein and several other places to live belong to Löwenstein. The Breitenauer See lies partly on the city limits.
The neighboring towns in the district of Heilbronn are Beilstein, Untergruppenbach, Obersulm and Desert red. More neighbors are Bretzfeld (Hohenlohekreis) and Prevorst, district of Oberstenfeld (District of Ludwigsburg).

There is a kiosk on the plate. The approach to the Platte through the Löwenstein Mountains is very popular with some people because of their winding route. But be careful: a number of serious accidents have already happened.
