Markova is a historical place in the polish Voivodeship Subcarpathian in the Dynów Mountains. The city lies in the historical border area between Lesser Poland and the Red castles. The place founded by the Forest Germans is particularly known for the Polish-Jewish Museum, which is located in the place of the house of the Ulmer family, who hid two Jewish families here during the Holocaust and had to pay with their lives for them.
