The air Line Petroleum Air Services (PAS) is an Egyptian joint venture company based in Cairo. The company mainly supports the exploration of oil and gas deposits in Egypt with helicopters, but also offers charter flights to all domestic airports. The most important destinations for travelers are the sinks el-Chārga and ed-Dāchlaaccessible from Cairo.
history
The company was founded in 1982 as a joint venture between Egyption General Petroleum Corporation with a share of 75% and the US American Bristow Group Inc. with a share of 25%. Its main mission is to support the Egyption General Petroleum Corporation's exploration of oil and gas reserves in Egypt.

Baggage Regulations
Hand luggage is carried free of charge on board the Petroleum Air Services aircraft. A suitcase weighing up to 20 kilograms can also be transported.

Tickets for flights operated by Petroleum Air Services can only be booked in Egypt. This can be done at the headquarters in Cairo. A booking can sometimes also be made in tourist offices or government administrations.
