Zuzenhausen is a community in Kraichgau, it is located on the Elsenz and belongs to the Rhein-Neckar district.
background
The community is located in the Elsenz Valley. Neighboring places are Meckesheim, Eschelbronn, Waibstadt (Daisbach district), Dielheim (District Horrenberg) and Sinsheim (District of Hoffenheim).
In Zuzenhausen and the surrounding area there was the at the end of the 19th century Dachsenfranz. It was an Italian who had fled his homeland and found shelter in the forests of Kraichgau. He earned his living catching animals, making badger fat and herbal medicines. In memory of him, the "Dachsenfranzfest" takes place every two years, and a beer is named after him.

- 1 Catholic Church of St. Sebastian in classicist style, the tower attached to the side is medieval.

- 3 Zuzenhausen Castle, it was built in the 13th century. After being destroyed in the 17th century, it was used as a quarry, it is now only a ruin in danger of collapsing
- 4 Agnestal Castle, also Seehilder Castle called. Originally it was a representative baroque-style courtyard, it was built by Lords of Venningen.
