Czempiń (German: Tschempin) is a historic city in the polish Voivodeship Greater Poland. The city lies between the Poznan Lake District in the north and the Lissa Lake District in the south in the historical region Greater Poland in the Poznan country. It is idyllically located between moraine hills and lakes. A popular kayak route begins and ends here Osieczna.
