By train
Dörzbach has a train station, but currently no direct rail connection. The Jagst Valley Railway with a track width of 750 mm is only occasionally in operation as a museum railway. There are efforts to at least partially open the line.
In the street
- The federal highway B19 goes from Künzelsau through Dörzbach and further on Bad Mergentheim. On the L1025 the way leads through Jagsttal to Möckmühl and after Langenburg.
- Public transport is served by the buses of the Heilbronner Verkehrsverbund.
- Dörzbach is located on the Württemberg Wine Route.
