Flow is a center of the Sardinia western, in the province of Oristano.

Geographical notes
Flussio is located in the historical subregion of Planargia and borders as well as with the adjacent Tinnura also with the municipalities of Magomadas, Modolo, Sagama, Scano di Montiferro, Sennariolo, Suni is Tresnuraghes. In the province of Nuoro until 2005, from which year it passed in that of Oristano.

- From Cagliari, Oristano, Sassari is Porto Torres take the Strada Statale 131 Carlo Felice until the exit Macomer-Bosa, from here take the SS 129 bis Trasversale Sarda towards Bosa until Suni, then, arrived here, turn left following the signs for Cuglieri is Oristano and take the SS 292 North West Sardinian road and then get to Flussio after 2 km.
- From Alghero drive along the coast road Alghero-Bosa, then arrived in Bosa, follow the signs for Macomer and Suni and exit the city onto the Strada Statale 129 bis Trasversale Sarda; once in Suni, follow the signs for Cuglieri and turn right onto the SS 292 Nord Occidentale Sarda road and then arrive at your destination after 1 km. A secondary route to get here from Alghero is to take the SS 292 North West Sardinian road leaving the city for about 73 km through the towns of Villanova Monteleone is Padria to then arrive in the province of Oristano and meet Suni e Tinnura, and then get to Flussio.
- From Golfo Aranci is Olbia take the SS 729 Sassari-Olbia, then take the SS 131 Carlo Felice towards Cagliari and then take the exit Macomer-Bosa and take the SS 129 bis Trasversale Sarda towards Bosa up to Suni, then, once arrived here, turn left following the signs for Cuglieri and Oristano and take the SS 292 Nord Occidentale Sarda road and then arrive in Flussio after 2 km.

- From Tortolì take the State Road 198 of Seui and Lanusei, then, after 2 km, follow the signs for Nuoro and turn right onto the provincial road 27, arrived at Villagrande Strisaili, turn left always following the signs for Nuoro, then take the state road 389 Var Nuoro-Lanusei and follow it up to Nuoro. Once here, do not enter the city but follow the signs for Cagliari and take the Strada Statale 131 d.c.n., then take the exit Macomer-Sassari and take the SS 129 Trasversale Sarda; arrived near Macomer, take the Strada Statale 131 Carlo Felice towards Sassari and take the exit Macomer-Bosa, take the SS 129 bis Trasversale Sarda towards Bosa up to Suni, then, once arrived here, turn left following the signs for Cuglieri and Oristano and take the SS 292 Nord Occidentale Sarda road and then arrive in Flussio after 2 km.
- From Lanusei take State Road 198 of Seui and Lanusei, then follow the signs for Nuoro and turn right onto State Road 389 of Buddusò and Correboi which after about 10 becomes State Road 389 var Nuoro-Lanusei, follow the latter up to Nuoro. Once here, do not enter the city but follow the signs for Cagliari and take the SS 131 d.c.n., then take the exit Macomer-Sassari and take the SS 129 Trasversale Sarda; arrived near Macomer, take the Strada Statale 131 Carlo Felice towards Sassari and take the exit Macomer-Bosa, take the SS 129 bis Trasversale Sarda towards Bosa up to Suni, then, once arrived here, turn left following the signs for Cuglieri and Oristano and take the SS 292 Nord Occidentale Sarda road and then arrive in Flussio after 2 km.
From the port of Porto Torres or from the ports of Olbia- White Island, Golfo Aranci, Cagliari is Tortolì-Arbatax.
