- From Alghero go along the coast road Alghero-Bosa, then arrived in Bosa, follow the signs for Macomer and Suni and leave the city taking the SS 129 bis Trasversale Sarda; after a few km, turn right onto the Provincial Road 35 for Modolo to arrive after about 6 km a Magomadas, then arrived here follow the signs to finally arrive in Tresnuraghes. A secondary route to get here from Alghero is to take the SS 292 North West Sardinian road leaving the city for about 77 km, passing through the centers of Villanova Monteleone is Padria to then arrive in the province of Oristano and cross Suni, Tinnura, Flussio and Magomadas to finally arrive in Tresnuraghes.
- From Golfo Aranci is Olbia take the SS 729 Sassari-Olbia, then take the SS 131 Carlo Felice towards Cagliari and then take the exit Macomer-Bosa and take the SS 129 bis Trasversale Sarda towards Bosa until Suni, then, arrived here, turn left following the signs for Cuglieri is Oristano and take the SS 292 North West Sardinian road and then arrive at Tresnuraghes after about 7 km.
