Grodzisk Wielkopolski (German: Grätz) is a historic city in the polish Voivodeship Greater Poland. The city lies between the Poznan Lake District in the north and the Lissa Lake District in the south in the historical region Greater Poland in the Poznan country. The city is idyllically located southwest of the metropolitan region Poses. The city is particular for the lolak type of wheat beer Grätzer (Polish: Grodzisz) known.
