The nearest international airport is the Nuremberg Airport.

By train and bus

The next train station is in Hilpoltstein (RB line Roth – Hilpoltstein). From there on weekdays every 1–2 hours bus line 630 goes to Heideck (travel time 12 minutes). The departure times of the bus are coordinated with the arrival times of the train (5 minutes transition time). A total of half an hour is needed from Roth.

From the autobahn A9 (Nuremberg – Munich) exit Symbol: AS 56 Hilpoltstein continues over L 2238, then L 2225 and L 2226.
