Horb am Neckar is a city in Baden-Wuerttemberg.

Horb lies on the upper reaches of the Neckars in the Korngäu or Oberen Gäu. The city was built on a hill above the then swampy Neckarland. Around 1250 Horb received city rights, in 1381 it became part of Upper Austria, and in 1806 it became part of Württemberg. During the district reform 1971-1975, Horb came to the district Freudenstadt, which belongs to the Northern Black Forest region and from Baden Karlsruhe is managed from. At that time, a total of 17 formerly independent municipalities were incorporated.
