Mysłowice(German: Myslowitz) is a mining town in the polish Voivodeship Silesia at the Przemsa in the Upper Silesian industrial area GOP on the Silesian plateau. The city is in the historical Upper Silesia (Plesser land) in the sphere of influence of Vistula. In Mysłowice there was the confluence of the White Przemsa and the Black przemsa after the annexation of the republic Krakow through Austria in 1846 and the establishment of the German Empire in 1871 until the First World War, the triangle between the German Empire, Austria-Hungary and the Russian Tsarist Empire. In Poland the city is also the founding place of the rock band Myslovitz known whose name refers to the city.

By plane
The closest international Airport is located north of Katowice at the Autostrada A1. Further international airports are located at Wroclaw at the Autostrada A18 and Krakow at the Autostrada A4.
By train
The place has a train station that over Katowice is attainable.
By bus
Intercity buses run regularly to Katowice and long-distance buses to other cities in the region.
In the street
The road network is well developed.
The A4 runs from Germany and also from Poland Autostrada A4 means to the limit. The city is located directly on the A4 motorway.
Alternatively, from southern Germany and Switzerland you can use Prague drive.
From Austria you drive over Brno and then from the Polish-Czech border the Autostrada A1.
