Pyzdry (German: Pyzdry and Peisern) is a historic city in the polish Voivodeship Greater Poland. The place is on the southern edge of the Gnesen Lake District in the historical region Greater Poland in the Kalischer country not far from the mouth of the Prosna in the Warta. The city is idyllically situated between wooded moraine hills and lakes. The city is known for its originally Romanesque-Gothic, now Baroque Franciscan monastery.

Intercity buses run regularly to Poses and long-distance buses to other cities in the region.
In the street
The road network is well developed.
From Berlin the A12 leads to the border Slubice and further than Autostrada A2 to Poses. It's not far from there.
Alternatively, from southern Germany and Switzerland you can use Prague and from Austria over Brno drive and then from the Polish-Czech border the Autostrada A1 take to A2.
