The San is a tributary of the Vistula in Poland.

Its length is 457.8 km and the area of ​​the river basin is 16,900 km. The source of the river is z. 960 m above sea level on the mountain slope of Piniaszkowski Wierch on the Polish-Ukrainian border. The upper San forms in its upper reaches a 60 km long state border between Poland and the Ukraine.

The San flows into the Vistula near Dąbrówka Pniowska Sandomierz on the Vistula 279.7 km. There is another beautiful renaissance castle, named one Baranów Sandomierski.
