By train
- The 5 Schneverdingen railway station is on the regional railway line Soltau - Buchholz. Schneverdingen is the stopping point of the RB 38Buchholz-Soltau. There are hourly connections to Buchholz and on to Hamburg, as well as to Soltau and on to Hanover. Many regional bus routes and the Heideshuttle stop at Schneverdingen train station.
Both platforms are at ground level for cyclists, strollers and people with disabilities. The features of the Erixx have extendable access ramps for wheelchairs, which can only be used by train staff.
- The 6 Wintermoor station is located on the Heidebahn in the middle of Wintermoor town center.
By bus
- At the 7 ZOB in front of the Schneverdingen train station, the overland lines start and end 105 to Neuenkirchen, 106 to Soltau, 156 to Bispingen, the Heide shuttle buses as well as local bus routes.

mobility
- The surrounding towns are almost only served by school buses, which can also be used by non-students. All bus lines meet at Schneverdingen train station. The network of cycle paths is extremely good.
- The free Heide shuttle buses drive in the entire Lüneburg Heath nature reserve on 4 ring lines from Buchholz to Soltau. The buses stop at all major attractions and locations as well as train stations in the Lüneburg Heath and also take bicycles with them free of charge. The Heide-Shuttle run daily from July 15th to October 15th, about 5-7 times a day. In Buchholz there is a connection to the free regional park shuttle at the weekend, which makes its rounds to Hamburg. All buses are for bikes as well Suitable for wheelchairs. The train stations Schneverdingen, Handeloh, Buchholz or Soltau are recommended as starting points.

Huge climbing tower on the site of a former tank washing facility at the former British military training area Camp Reinsehlen. If you don't like climbing, you can watch from one of the beach chairs around the tower, or you can "climb" up to the second floor via stairs to the climbers on the extremely varied course, which you can choose completely independently according to your mood and degree of difficulty observe.
- For soccer fans this is Uwe-Seeler cycle path a good opportunity for a short bike ride a few kilometers west of the village.
