Ujście

Ujście (German: Usch) is a historic city in the polish Voivodeship Greater Poland at the mouth of the Küddow in the Networksthat turn into the Warta flows out. The city is south of the German Kroner Seenplatte and the Krojanker Lake District in the Valley of the Middle Networks in the historical region Greater Poland in the Poznan country.
